David Stollman


David StollmanAfter serving on the staff of the North-American Interfraternity Conference for two years, David continued working with fraternities by speaking on campuses around the country. He has facilitated workshops on over 500 campuses and has also served on the faculty of numerous university and fraternal leadership conventions.

David has been an active volunteer of his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, serving in the roles of a chapter counselor, District Governor, Balanced Man Steward, and Member of the Educational Foundation’s Board of Governors. He’s also worked with Sig Ep, for ten years David served the NYU chapter of the Alpha Sigma Tau sorority as a chapter advisor.

In addition to co-founding CAMPUSPEAK, David created of Recruitment Boot Camp. In the last 10 years, RBC has helped over ten thousand fraternity and sorority chapters, as well as hundreds of communities across North America to recruit better and more members. He was a co-founder of HazingPrevention.Org and was named an emeritus member of their board after serving as their Treasurer for four terms.

He has served three terms on the Association of Fraternity & Sorority Advisor’s Foundation Board of Directors. David is the 2004 recipient of the prestigious Anson Award from the Association of Fraternity Advisors for his work advancing fraternal movement. Sigma Phi Epsilon and the University of Maryland have both recognized David as a distinguished alumnus. He is also a Crown Degree recipient from the Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority; designating him as a trusted patron for his service and educational support. David was also honored by Phi Mu Delta Fraternity with their highest recognition for a non-member, the Ron Jury award, as well as the Alpha Sigma Tau McCrory Order of Interfraternity Excellence for “exemplifying the finest tradition of fraternal service.”

A proud Maryland Terrapin, receiving degrees in both Government and Communications, David still calls Philadelphia home, but now lives in South Florida with his wife, his 3-year-old and twin baby boy and girl. Fraternal twins of course.

Monica McGee

Chief Operating Officer

Monica McGeeMonica McGee has been working in student affairs and with fraternities and sororities for over 15 years. Throughout her career, she has worked at both private and public institutions including University of the Pacific, Marquette University, Carnegie Mellon University and Arizona State University.McGee joined Gamma Phi Beta while attending the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and majoring in Criminal Justice, and she earned her master’s degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Monica truly believes in fraternity, and she believes that when fraternity is done right, it can be by far the richest and most impactful experience a college student can have. In 2011 Monica was recognized as the Campus Professional of the Year by Beta Theta Pi Fraternity and in 2012 Monica received the Outstanding Campus Professional Award by the Association of Fraternity Advisors and the Fraternity Insurance Purchasing Group.

Outside of work Monica loves to be active, running,  working out, and hiking. She volunteers at her church and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves watching college and professional sports cheering on the  Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers.

Jessica Goodbred-Warren

Director of Marketing & Communications

She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, and later attended the University of West Florida where she was awarded her Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology. Jessica served 27 months as a Girls’ Education and Empowerment Peace Corps volunteer in the West African country of Togo. There, she taught art and English in village schools and promoted the importance of girls’ education to Togolese families. She is also 200-hour registered yoga teacher who focuses on mindful living. In her spare time, she loves to go thrift shopping, read books, practice yoga and go on random weekend adventures.

Michael Hood

Sr. Director of Educational Programs

Michael HoodMichael has worked in student affairs for several years. Throughout his career, he has worked in Fraternity & Sorority Life, Residence Life, and Service Learning. He most recently served as the Director of Fraternity & Sorority Involvement at the University of Montana. He has also worked at the Arizona State University, Kennesaw State University, and Western Carolina University. Michael joined Sigma Alpha Epsilon while attending Towson University and majoring in Political Science. He earned his M.Ed. in College Student Personnel from Western Carolina University. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Community College of Baltimore County, where received his Associate’s of Arts in General Studies, and was a member of the 2008 men’s soccer team.

Michael believes in providing students with the best experience possible because the impact can last a lifetime. In 2016, Michael while serving as the IFC Advisor at Arizona State University, the IFC Community was awarded the North-American Interfraternity Conference Council Award of Distinction.
Outside of work Michael is an avid fan of Baltimore sports teams. He can always be found cheering for the Orioles and Ravens. Since Baltimore does not have a hockey team, Michael has adopted the Vegas Golden Knights as his team.

Katie Barbour

katie_barbourKatie is a graduate of University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where she earned her B.A. in Modern Languages and Linguistics (concentrations in German and Spanish). After dipping her toes in education and volunteer work, she decided to chase her passion and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University. A true Marylander at heart, Katie loyally cheers on her Orioles and Ravens and in her spare time, heads to the coast whenever possible! When she’s not working, she can be found taking her pampered pooch on road trips or planning her next international travel destination, ticking off one Bucket List item at a time!

Courtney Barstad Logan

Courtney001Courtney is a graduate of the University of North Dakota, where she earned her B.A. in Communication and her M.S. in Educational Leadership. Courtney has been working in student affairs primarily with Fraternity and Sorority Life for over 12 years. In addition to FSL, Courtney is passionate about leadership education, global service and mentoring. After spending over seven years with the amazing students at North Dakota State University, Courtney joined the team at a women’s retail franchise where she wore various hats (and clothes) while supporting a growing team. Courtney is a volunteer for her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega and enjoys traveling as a facilitator for their various programs.

In her free time, Courtney can be found tending to her two fur kids, “The Puggles” Zoe and Tobie, learning the game of soccer as she supports her husband who is the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at the University of North Dakota or yelling loudly at a UND Men’s Hockey game or her TV as she cheers on her Broncos!

Adam Dunworth

Coordinator for Educational Programs & Interactive Workshops

Adam DunworthAdam comes to us from Phi Kappa Psi fraternity where he worked for 3 years and most recently held the position of Associate Director of Member Development. In his role as Associate Director of Member Development at Phi Kappa Psi Adam provided leadership in the areas of recruitment, hazing prevention, new member education, leadership, and academic development. Additionally, Adam was responsible for grant writing and alumni development. Adam has experience with the development of curriculum, grant writing and alumni recruitment and development.

Adam is a graduate of Ball State University and was a Founding Father of the Indiana Iota Phi Kappa Psi chapter. Adam grew up in Indianapolis, IN and now he and his girlfriend live in Tampa, FL. When he’s not busy being a Pokémon master or frequenting Disney, you can find him being licked by his dog or yelling at one of his favorite teams. Go Pacers, Colts, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Ball State! Chirp! Chirp!
