Tom is a nationally recognized keynote speaker and consultant who is an expert in helping leaders reach their extraordinary leadership potential. Over the past decade, Tom has worked with thousands of student leaders and in his straight-forward style, he will share what the best ones do to thrive in everything that they are involved with. In addition to his work with students, Tom has also helped a wide range of organizations find, develop and keep top young leaders, including national non-profits, the United States Navy, the Harvard Medical School, industry trade associations and Fortune 500 companies. Tom is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently lives in Scottsdale, Arizona where he enjoys golfing, boxing, hiking, and traveling.

Rafael Matos earned his BFA in Fine Arts and Masters in Public Art Studies from the University of Southern California, and his Ph.D. in Communication Media and Instructional Technology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is a life member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. He is a speaker and facilitator who has impacted hundreds of students across the country. He is a leading expert in the NPHC/MGC Intake process. Rafael has worked on various college campuses, ranging from small liberal arts to large public institutions.

 

 

JESSI MCPHERRIN SHERIDAN

Jessi McPherrin Sheridan traveled as a Leadership Consultant for her fraternal organization, Alpha Gamma Delta International Fraternity. She went on to Florida State University where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration. Jessie has served as a Fraternity/Sorority Advisor at Lehigh University and the Assistant Director of Student Involvement at Villanova University. Currently, Jessi is the Chief Operating Officer at Delta Phi Epsilon International Sorority serving a growing membership of over 67,000.

Jessi dedicates much of her time to the fraternity and sorority industry by volunteering through various outlets, including the Association of Fraternity and Sorority Advisors and Alpha Gamma Delta.

 

CHRISTINA WITKOWICKI

As a member of Alpha Xi Delta from the University of New Hampshire, Christina truly believes in the vision of helping others to ‘realize their potential’. Having worked with fraternal organizations as both a
campus professional and volunteer, she uses the knowledge she gained from these experiences to provide recommendations to and support chapters, communities, and organizations. Christina received her M.Ed in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Salem State University and her Ed.D in Higher Education Administration from the George Washington University studying gender role norms and leadership style development in college men. Throughout her career, Christina has worked in many areas in higher education such as Fraternity & Sorority Life, Residential Life, and Student Activities with extensive experience in Title IX, judicial affairs, crisis response, and strategic planning.

AUSTIN ARIAS

Austin Arias is an educator, speaker, facilitator and consultant with CAMPUSPEAK. Austin received his Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel from Illinois State University in 2013 and his Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg in 2011. Austin’s experience includes overseeing fraternity and sorority life, programming boards, student organizations, philanthropy groups, leadership education and orientation. Austin is a brother of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity and volunteers nationally with multiple fraternity and sorority headquarters facilitating leadership and risk management education. He speaks to fraternity and sorority communities on the topics of community development and reimagining values-based recruitment.

 

David StollmanDAVID STOLLMAN

David Stollman has worked with Fraternity/Sorority Life communities for over 20 years and is recognized as an industry leader. He has worked with a variety of communities & organizations to identify solutions to problems they are facing; ranging from hazing prevention and risk management to recruitment and community growth. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and the co-founder and President of CAMPUSPEAK.
