I felt that the customer service from CAMPUSPEAK was exceptional – from the original request to understanding the nuances and patience with higher ed institution contracts. I loved that all we had to do was pay a flat fee and we didn’t have to worry about coordinating travel, hotels, rental cars, etc. And anytime I sent an email, I received a quick response.
