CAMPUSPEAK’s Recruitment Boot Camp partners with Sigma Alpha Epsilon
CAMPUSPEAK’s Recruitment Boot Camp has formed a partnership with the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity to provide recruitment education and consulting services to support further implementation of the True Gentleman Experience (TGE). RBC will provide strategic guidance, national programming, staff and volunteer training, customized e-learning initiatives, and a library of officer resources.
Over the next two years, RBC will play a vital role in the Fraternity’s recruitment efforts. Specifically, the education and customized resources will assist chapters in candidate evaluation with the transition to the TGE’s Bid-to-Initiate Phase. RBC will also provide an ongoing assessment of the TGE to measure results and provide strategic guidance on how to continue making the program a better collegiate experience.
“We have a strong belief in our values-based approach to recruitment and believe this partnership aligns perfectly with the direction SAE has moved in,” said David Stollman, creator of Recruitment Boot Camp. Tom Healy, who will work closely with Sigma Alpha Epsilon in the partnership, added, “We are proud of the changes SAE has made and are excited to provide undergraduates, staff and volunteers the training, support, and resources to recruit more top-notch men to SAE.”
In addition, Stollman and Healy have presented Recruitment Boot Camp and recruitment presentations at the John O. Moseley Leadership School for a number of years.
Recruitment Boot Camp, a division of CAMPUSPEAK, provides chapters with a systematic, results-driven approach to recruitment. Over the past decade, RBC has helped thousands of chapters on hundreds of campuses to implement a proven recruitment system. RBC’s core belief is that “quality drives quantity.”
