Eboné’s message was the empowering message our students needed to move beyond their fears, to make their organizations more inclusive and supportive of all campus community members. Eboné’s approach to sharing with students on being authentic in who they are and advocating for others really resonated with our students. Her approach to reflecting on your organization’s values and mission while engaging in leadership compliments our approach to leadership being a dynamic process involving all members. I’m thankful that we were able to host Eboné on our campus.
