Helplessness to Hopeful Action: Learning from the Past, Acting for the Future
As a licensed psychologist, I’ve spent nearly 30 years working with individuals and organizations, addressing inequities that cause stress and distress in our communities. I believe that, with hope and healing, our world can become a better place for all.
That is why I’m so excited to share my new keynote: “Helplessness to Hopeful Action: Learning from the Past, Acting for the Future,” designed to empower you to navigate these challenging times.
We are living in a turbulent social and political climate. Many feel helpless and hopeless in the face of social injustice. That’s why this keynote is designed to provide you with concrete tools to understand the complexities of our world and take positive action. By drawing parallels to change management principles, we’ll develop a framework for personal and organizational transformation, empowering you to contribute to a more just and equitable society.
I am dedicated to helping students maximize their learning, health and wellness, and personal growth. I strive to create more inclusive and socially just communities. I hope you’ll join me in turning helplessness into hopeful action.
