Austin may be a speaker, but he is more aptly described as a facilitator — channeling student passions, that brought them to each of their organizations, into operational best practices. Austin is clear, operational best practices are for the immediate and clear benefit of peer students and their engagement, while incidentally supporting administrative wishes. Said differently, Austin puts students first. Austin brings energy, excitement, the occasional joke, and his own passions to his facilitation. While we would gladly welcome Austin back, we selflessly encourage all other student-focused colleges and universities to fill his schedule first.
