David’s Recruitment Bootcamp was a really great program with our campus. The meeting with the IFC Executive Board offered good insights on how they can serve the community better during and in preparation for recruitment. The keynote was the perfect presentation that set a baseline of understanding in the community–something we haven’t done in a while–and will allow us to build off that in the future. Our chapter executive boards also are super appreciative of his 1:1 meetings with them, which allow them to ask direct questions and get feedback on their plans.
