Forming a new partnership

Alpha Kappa Lambda Contracts Recruitment Boot Camp to Manage All Fraternity Growth Initiatives

Alpha Kappa Lambda (AKL) has formed a partnership with Recruitment Boot Camp (RBC) to provide the fraternity services in all areas of recruitment and growth including: expansion to new campuses, staff management, educational programming, development of e-learning tools, chapter coaching, officer resources, and strategic planning.

Over the next two years, RBC will assist AKL in the creating and execution of an aggressive expansion plan establishing new chapters to the benefit of Greek communities across the country. In addition, RBC will play an instrumental role in AKLs long-term growth. The partnership will result in undergraduates, volunteers and staff, aligning operations to RBC’s systemic approach of values based recruitment.

“The Fraternity of Alpha Kappa Lambda has used Recruitment Boot Camp for a number of years on miscellaneous projects. The proven results make us confident that an organization wide implementation of this training and support will further increase membership in our rapidly growing organization. We believe this added service will also provide great benefit and development opportunities for our undergraduate membership. At the Headquarters level we believe having the experienced support of the Recruitment Boot Camp staff in our planning and training will take us to the next level,” said Jeremy D. Slivinski, Executive Director of Alpha Kappa Lambda.

“We have a strong belief in our values-infused approach to recruitment and look forward to it being utilized in each of AKL’s chapters” said David Stollman, co-founder of CAMPUSPEAK and creator of Recruitment Boot Camp. Tom Healy, who will manage RBC’s execution of the partnership, added “we are thrilled to utilize our proven methods to help AKL experience significant growth and give more top-notch young men the opportunity to have a great fraternal experience.”
