Michelle Enjoli
Michelle Enjoli is a career development coach and keynote speaker who teaches strategies to connect and own your career growth and development successfully. She was a first-generation American and college student who landed her dream job as a television producer before graduation. Since then, she has worked and developed content for global television broadcasting and marketing brands like Univision, Telemundo, ABC, NBC and CBS, Mercedes-Benz USA and Delta Air Lines.
In 2016, Michelle created the first business resource group at Mercedes-Benz USA to connect professionals with each other for career growth and development. She developed a curriculum called Connect that teaches others how to build an entrepreneurial mindset focusing on networking, personal branding, and self-esteem. Her goal is to help others uncover their unique value to connect and own their career growth and fulfillment journey authentically.
Michelle has an idea worth sharing, and her TEDx talk “The Most Important Connection to Make for Success” is now featured on TED.com. Her journey and work have been recognized by the Better Business Bureau and the US Chamber of Commerce. Her journey and expertise have been featured in Entrepreneur, Forbes, Business Insider, Inc., Glassdoor, and Rolling Stone, among other outlets.
